In 2015, Sean Carothers channeled his extensive construction experience into founding TCV Communities alongside Dustin Cliburn. This new venture was marked by a commitment to apply the same attention to detail, commitment to quality, and strategic capital allocation skills that defined Carothers Construction, but now focused on developing and managing manufactured housing communities.

- 2015: Acquisition of the first MHC, marking TCV Communities’ entry into the housing sector.
- Expansion: Transition from solely acquiring existing manufactured home parks to also focusing on ground-up developments.
